Free Shipping
We offer free shipping from our warehouses in Germany, Asia (EMS) and the USA (USPS).

Delivery times depending on warehouse location
- Germany: 1–5 working days
- Europe (excluding Germany): 5–10 working days
- USA & Asia: 8–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 working days
- Central & South America: 10–20 working days
- Africa: 15–30 working days

Processing time
All orders are processed on the same business day. Delays due to customs are not included.

Lost or missing packages
Frohli is not liable if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct. If we make a mistake, we will resend your order free of charge.

Customs / Import duties
We are not responsible for customs fees after shipment. By placing an order, you agree that packages may incur customs fees in your country.

Shipment tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment. With free shipping methods, tracking may be delayed or unavailable.

Are all items shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
